Hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and tile installed to manufacturer requirements.

Transitions & trim
Thresholds, stair nosings, baseboards and door undercuts finished so the floor looks intentional room to room.
Where two floors meet, the heights are planned so the transition sits flush.

You receive a written proposal with scope, exclusions, schedule and pricing. Selections, permits and trade sequencing are settled before work starts.

Construction
Work proceeds to the agreed plan, with a protected, tidy site and regular updates. Any change to scope or cost is discussed and approved before it happens.

Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished project with you, address any items on the list, and hand over the information you need for the space.
Which flooring is best for a Calgary basement?
Moisture-tolerant products such as luxury vinyl plank and some engineered options are common choices, installed with the right underlay. We'll help match the product to your space.
Can you install flooring I've already purchased?
Usually, yes. Let us know the product and quantity so we can confirm it suits the area and that there's enough allowance for cuts and waste.
Do you move furniture and appliances?
Tell us what's in the rooms when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's included and what should be cleared beforehand.
What affects the cost of flooring installation?
The area, the product, how much old flooring has to come up, subfloor repairs or levelling, stairs and the number of transitions.
How long does flooring installation take?
Most of the time goes into preparation: removal, subfloor work and letting materials acclimatize where needed. We'll confirm timing once we've seen the space.
Do you offer flooring installation outside Calgary?
