Good to know before you book
Send the whole list
Grouping several small jobs into one visit is usually more efficient than booking them one at a time. Photos help us bring the right tools and materials.
Licensed trades where required
In Alberta, electrical, plumbing and gas work generally needs a certified tradesperson and, often, a permit. When a job crosses into that territory, we'll tell you and arrange for the work to be done properly.
When a small job is a bigger one
Sometimes a repair reveals a larger problem: water damage behind drywall, for example. We'll explain what we found before going further.

Initial Consultation
A conversation about your goals, the space, your timeline and a realistic budget range. If it's a fit, we arrange a site visit.

Project Assessment
We look at the space in person (existing conditions, structure, mechanical and anything that affects scope) and take the measurements we need.
- 03
Proposal & Planning
You receive a written proposal with scope, exclusions, schedule and pricing. Selections, permits and trade sequencing are settled before work starts.
- 04
Construction
Work proceeds to the agreed plan, with a protected, tidy site and regular updates. Any change to scope or cost is discussed and approved before it happens.
- 05
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished project with you, address any items on the list, and hand over the information you need for the space.
Is there a minimum job size?
Tell us what you need done when you request a quote. Combining several tasks into one visit is often the best value.
Do you handle electrical or plumbing repairs?
Work that legally requires a certified electrician, plumber or gas fitter is done by licensed trades. We can coordinate it alongside the rest of your list.
Can you help property managers with unit maintenance?
Yes. Send the property location and a list of items, and we'll let you know how we can schedule the work.
Do you supply the materials?
Either way works. Let us know if you've already bought the items, or we can confirm what's needed and include it in the quote.
How is handyman work priced?
We'll confirm the price for your list before any work starts. Sending photos and a short description of each task helps us quote accurately.
How soon can you come?
It depends on the current schedule and the size of the list. Tell us your timing when you send the request and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you offer handyman services outside Calgary?
Calgary is our primary area for handyman work. Nearby communities may be possible depending on the list. Tell us where you are when you send the request.
