Services
From small repairs to complete renovations
Renovations
Complete interior renovations, basements, kitchens and bathrooms, planned and built properly.

Basement Renovations
A basement is often the largest block of unused space in a Calgary home. Developing it well takes more than walls and paint. It starts with moisture, insulation, layout and the permits the City requires before work begins.
- Family and media rooms
- Basement bedrooms and guest suites
- Home offices and studios
- Basement bathrooms and wet bars (no cooking appliances)

Kitchen Renovations
A kitchen renovation affects the whole household, so the planning matters as much as the build. Layout, storage, lighting, electrical capacity and the sequence of trades all need to be settled before demolition.
- Full kitchen remodels
- Opening a kitchen to the living or dining area
- Cabinet and countertop replacement
- Island additions and reconfigurations

Bathroom Renovations
Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot going on: water, ventilation, electrical, tile and fixtures all in a tight footprint. The parts you don't see (waterproofing and ventilation) decide how well it holds up.
- Ensuite renovations
- Main bathroom remodels
- Powder room updates
- Tub-to-shower conversions

Interior Home Renovations
Many homes don't need an addition. They need the space they already have to work better. Interior renovations change how rooms connect, how light moves through the house and how each space is used.
- Open-concept main floor conversions
- Wall removal and new openings
- Living and dining room remodels
- Bedroom and closet reconfigurations
Construction & trades
Drywall, framing, flooring and multi-trade construction for homeowners and contractors.

Drywall Services
Paint shows everything. The quality of your drywall (how it's hung, taped and finished) decides whether walls look crisp under natural light or show every seam.
- Basement drywall and finishing
- Renovation and addition walls
- Ceiling repairs and replacements
- Garage fire-separation walls

Framing & Interior Construction
Framing is the skeleton of every interior project. When walls are plumb, openings are square and blocking is where it's needed, drywall, doors, cabinets and trim go in cleanly. When they aren't, every trade after pays for it.
- Basement development framing
- Bulkheads and soffits
- New rooms and partition walls
- Load-bearing wall removal (engineered)

Flooring Installation
Most flooring problems start underneath: an uneven subfloor, missing underlay or material that wasn't acclimatized. Good installation is mostly good preparation.
- Hardwood and engineered hardwood
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)
- Laminate flooring
- Tile floors

General Construction
Some projects don't fit neatly into one room. A home being prepared for sale, a rental between tenants or an investment property getting a full refresh needs several trades coordinated around one schedule and one budget.
- Whole-home interior updates
- Rental unit turnovers
- Investment property renovations
- Pre-sale renovations
Handyman & repairs
Small repairs, installations and to-do lists, handled with the same care as a renovation.

Handyman Services
Not every job is a renovation. Sticking doors, damaged drywall, loose trim, new shelving and a list of small fixes can wait for months simply because they're too small to plan around.
- Drywall and ceiling patch repairs
- Door, trim and hardware fixes
- Shelving, closet and storage installs
- TV, mirror and fixture mounting
